Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 588 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the 588 Game website, all associated services, betting markets, casino games, crash games, Ludo tables, and any other products offered under the 588 Game brand at 588game.ws.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature on the 588 Game platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, your only recourse is to not use the 588 Game platform.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account at 588 Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 588 Game strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the legal adult age. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts that cannot confirm they meet this requirement.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf. Opening an account to act as an agent for another person is not permitted at 588 Game.
• You must not be on any exclusion list, either self-imposed through the 588 Game responsible gaming tools or applied by the platform for any reason.
• You must provide complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of funds where fraud is confirmed.
• Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) 588 Game account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

588 Game reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Account Management & Security

Your 588 Game account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 588 Game will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 588 Game account. We strongly recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication where offered.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by a third party without your authorisation, you must notify 588 Game customer support immediately at support@588game.ws. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain password security or to notify us promptly.
• Sharing your account with another person, or allowing another person to use your account to place bets, is prohibited. All bets must be placed by the registered account holder personally.
• Accounts that have shown no activity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 588 Game reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee to dormant accounts, which will be communicated to the registered email address before being applied.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

The 588 Game wallet operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no foreign currency accounts are maintained. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit at 588 Game is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. 588 Game does not accept cash deposits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 588 Game wallet within a few minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned if identified. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes of approval. IBFT transfers are processed same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
• 588 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is standard fraud prevention practice and not a reflection on any individual player.
• Withdrawal requests will be reviewed before approval. 588 Game reserves the right to delay processing in cases where fraud investigation is necessary or where terms compliance checks are pending.

Betting Rules & Settlement

All bets placed at 588 Game are subject to these general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may also apply and are displayed within the relevant market on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed at 588 Game, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• All bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, tournament organisers for esports). 588 Game does not settle bets based on unofficial sources, social media reports, or broadcast commentary alone.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation before completion, bets will be settled according to 588 Game's sport-specific rules. Generally, cricket matches must complete the minimum required overs or innings for bets to stand; otherwise bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time. 588 Game reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical moments of a match. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the confirmed odds.
• Pricing errors or technical glitches that result in clearly incorrect odds (materially different from the true market price) may result in the voiding of bets placed at those prices. 588 Game will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve such errors promptly and will notify affected players.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets at 588 Game. These limits may vary by sport, event, and player account tier. Attempting to circumvent maximum bet limits through multiple accounts or other means is prohibited.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

588 Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These are subject to specific terms that will always be stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all 588 Game bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real PKR funds are always wagered before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement at 588 Game is 30× the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated on the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period. Extensions are not granted.
• Only bets placed on markets with minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or greater count towards wagering requirements at 588 Game. Bets on heavily favoured outcomes with very low odds do not qualify.
• Crash game bets typically contribute at a reduced rate (50%) towards wagering requirements. Sports bets at qualifying odds contribute at 100%. Live casino games may have different contribution rates stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a second account is treated as a violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play Policy

588 Game operates on the principle of fair play for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where the prohibition is confirmed to have been breached.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 588 Game account in any name or using any payment method. This includes using a family member's account in combination with your own to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, exploit arbitrage across multiple accounts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any 588 Game market or table game.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Using knowledge obtained from match-fixing arrangements or privileged access to team or event information to place bets at 588 Game. Such activity will be reported to appropriate authorities.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with 588 Game markets without our prior written consent. All betting must be performed manually by the registered human account holder.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Filing false payment disputes with your bank or payment provider to reverse genuine 588 Game transactions. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for any amounts outstanding.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or system malfunctions on the 588 Game platform. Winnings derived from known errors are not valid and may be reversed.

• 588 Game does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and emergency technical interventions may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
• In the event of a platform outage during a live betting round or crash game round, 588 Game will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct bet outcomes based on available data. Decisions made in good faith under such circumstances are final.

Amendments to These Terms

• Continued use of the 588 Game platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
